I walked myself into the ground around Oxford today, but never having visited the city before, there were plenty of caches to choose from.

I passed some beautiful architecture, and even had to go into one of the colleges to find a hide.

A quick stop at the Botanic Gardens also yielded a prize!

My main target were the four old virtuals around the city, the silliest of which is this famous Shark In The Roof sculpture to the east.

After having a reviving cup of tea and a piece of cake, I realised there was just one more cache close by, so decided to pick that one up.

Having done my caching, I found some dinner, and headed off to the New Theatre for a brilliant evening with Canadian Astronaut Cmdr Chris Hadfield (the real reason I was in town!). Just how cool would it be to be able to log GC1BE91 on the International Space Station…? 😀
