Trad: 5 Earth: 1
Walked: 3.0 miles
I headed out this morning to pick up my nearest unfound earthcache to continue my Unusual 15-day streak (I just need one more tomorrow to complete the run). It was an unusual site – two locations along Brentwood High Street. One was just outside Argos!
And the second was at the drinking trough near Wilson’s Corner. I gathered the required info and took selfies, and will send my answers shortly.
I also picked up a few trads, one of which was this cunning camo’d little pot, hidden in ivy in a tree. No idea how I spotted it, quite a miracle!
I got back home in time for lunch with friends Rob & Sue, who took me to the Woolpack before we went off to hunt for my puzzle cache, I’m A Little Teapot. I’ve known them for nearly 20 years but it was a few months ago that I was chatting to them about geocaching. They seemed intrigued and found a few on their own and now seem to be hooked! Hooray, more converts!
